The bid will be made on the basis of price, delivery time, and equipment best suited in the opinion of the Purchaser (Putnam SSD), to the needs and requirements of the Putnam Police Department.
Bids, which are sealed and marked “Dispatch Console”, will be accepted at the Putnam Police Headquarters until 4:00 p.m. on Date: August 15th 2022. Bids will be opened by Chris Ferace, Chief of Police, on August 16th 2022. The Putnam Special Services District Authority reserves the right to reject any and all submitted bids.
