Fingerprinting Appointment

Service Description

APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS - Must have completed pre-enrollment with CCHRS - Your Applicant Tracking Number MUST be printed and brought with you to your fingerprinting appointment. ---------------------- - Must have valid ID - Must wear a face mask - Will be required to have their temperature taken by a touchless, Infrared thermometer. If an elevated temperature of 100.5 or higher is detected, fingerprints will not be taken at that time and the appointment will be rescheduled  - Will be required to wait in their vehicle in the parking lot until directed to come into the building
