Our Records Specialist is happy to assist with necessary records request, including incident reports, arrest reports and accident reports.   Please note that requests for motor vehicle accident reports can be made online through our partnership with LexisNexis.

 

Records will be released for a fee of .50 cents per page and $5.00 per color photo (if applicable). Once a request is completed, the Records Specialist will be in contact to provide the exact cost. Exact change is appreciated.

 

Complete the online Records Request Form OR download the form, print and fill-out then fax (860-963-2150) or mail back to Department Headquarters. PHONE REQUESTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.

Please understand we will do everything possible to assist the public while also following all records retention/disposition guidelines. All requests are subject to postponement or denial due to individual case circumstances.
