EFFECTIVE DECEMBER 15, 2020, Due to the increase in COVID-19 cases in the area, the Department will do fingerprinting for residents of the Putnam Special Services District only.  Appointment is required.


APPOINTMENT REQUIREMENTS

  • Must have positive ID

  • Must wear a face mask

  • Will be required to have their temperature taken by a touchless, Infrared thermometer. If an elevated temperature of 100.5 or higher is detected, fingerprints will not be taken at that time and the appointment will be rescheduled
